Waveshaper is an early-stage startup building real-time audio AI for edge devices. With a powerful prototype and early demand across verticals from headset OEMs to music plugin devs, they were ready to start their go to market efforts. However, like many deep tech startups, they needed clarity in their messaging: who is this for, why does it matter, and how do we communicate it?
I led a focused 30-day sprint to transform their raw technical story into a market-ready brand. We mapped their positioning, clarified use cases, rewrote everything from homepage headers to model descriptions, and launched a clean, confident site, all in under a month.
